If the reservation is canceled:
- 61 days before date of arrival of the client, no charge.
- 60 to 21 days before date of arrival, 25% of the total cost
- 20 to 7 days before date of arrival of the client, 50% of the total cost of stay
- 6 to 0 days before arrival date the client is charged 90% of the total cost
- In case of no show or departure prior to scheduled departure for a day, then charged 100% of the total cost
ENSURING DATA CARD:
The transactions through credit cards are safe in the bank and nothing is kept on the hotel or somewhere else.
The personal customer information is held in the hotel database.
- Used by the hotel only for promotional purposes (sending of advertising material and electronic messages, etc.)
- Under no circumstances will the personal information be distributed to third parties or published.
Our hotels are not allowed:
- consumption of food and drinks not served by the departments in our public areas (Loby, terrace, swimming pool, pool bar, restaurant).
